A 1/2 hour hot tub followed by a 90- minute massage using hot lava stones collected here on the Big Island. The hot stones are used to open the body's energy centers allowing for a slow penetrating massage that not only stimulates circulation but also aids the body in elimating tension and stress to acheive a sense of balance and calm.
